Completed the search to recruit a CFO for the Belgium, France and Netherlands countries on behalf of a private equity backed FMCG company.  The role combined support of the commercial and manufacturing operations.  the most challenging aspect of the search was to identify a candidate with a strong commercial acumen and the quick mind to enable interaction with the private equity backer.
