Sector: Pharmaceuticals

Working with a global pharmaceutical group to identify a CFO for the DACh (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) business, which at the time was a $700m revenue.  This company is highly demanding and seeks CFOs who can partner with the GM and yet succeed in an environment with limited processes and structure, who are capable of driving the business performance in a constructive and value-adding manner.  In particular there was a challenge to increase finance business partnering capability in the team.
