CFO of the French subsidiary of a US pharmaceutical group.  The listed US corp experience massive growth following the launch of a new class of product, growing to the current size of $1.5bn in the country.  The challenge for this mandate was finding candidate in traditional Big Pharma companies who were capable of adjusting to the unstructured and highly dynamic pace.
