Working with a global pharmaceutical division to identify a CFO for a cluster of manufacturing facilities in 3 locations, with 2500 FTE.  Due to the fact the sites' products were distributed globally, and the focus on high value products, meant under performance at this site could lead to the whole company missing profit targets hence the top management placed the site cluster under close scrutiny.
