Search for a NYSE listed pharmaceutical and medical aesthetics company with annual sales of $15bn to recruit a Finance Director for the $100m Russia business unit.  The focus of the search was to identify a strong business partner who could raise the capability of the team and encourage closer collaboration with stakeholders.
