Sector: Corporate Security

A high growth corporate security company operating throughout the Middle East with head office in Dubai. The company had grown rapidly but without any formal processes.  The Financial Controller was the CFO of the company and led the set up of formal financial processes and controls, as well as providing management information to inform the decisions of the board of management.  

The challenge of this recruitment assignment related to the need to hire a candidate from a larger, corporate environment but ensure they had the flexibility and innovative thinking to join a smaller, entrepreneurial group.
