Working with a FTSE 100 pharmaceuticals company to recruit a Head of Finance (CFO) for Ireland.  A standard country CFO role accept the culture of this company is fast paced and unstructured; therefore it was critical we identified a candidate who was highly curious, culturally agile and capable of working with ambiguity.
