Working with a global pharmaceutical group to identify a CFO for the European Oncology business, which at the time was a $4bn revenue region.  This company is highly demanding and seeks CFOs who can partner with the GM, who are capable of driving the business performance in a constructive and value-adding manner.  In particular there was a challenge to increase finance business partnering capability in the team.
