Mandate to recruit a Chief Strategy Officer to work as a Board member of the North American affiliate of a leading European utility group. The primary focus of the role was to drive growth through a combination of organic and in-organic methods. The challenge of this search was to find a candidate who was capable to bridging US and European corporate culture, and to identify a heavyweight player who would join an embrionic start up in North America.
