Sector: Pharmaceuticals

A highly acquisitive global top five pharmaceutical company with operations in 100 countries.  The position sits within the finance team dedicated to supporting BD&L transactions in North America and on a global basis.  The Senior Finance Manager is responsible for all modelling and evaluation, supporting negotiations, working with tax and treasury on deal structuring, among other duties.  Of critical importance on this search was to identify candidates who could navigate the diplomatic and political minefield associated with working with the central executive group  on highly pressured BD&L transactions.
