Sector: Tobacco

Working with a top 4 tobacco group to identify a CFO for the Adriatics business, with $100m net revenue and commercial and manufacturing operations in 6 countries in the cluster.  A highly challenging assignment because the Adriatic cluster is a "training" market for the larger tobacco firms therefore it was necessary to target outside of the sector in mainstream FMCG.  The search was cancelled at the final stage due to the emergence of an internal candidate.
