Working with a top 4 tobacco group to identify a CFO for the Indochina business, with $120m net revenue and commercial and manufacturing operations in Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam. A highly challenging assignment because the Cambodian government was a share holder and objectives were not always aligned. The search was cancelled at the final stage due to the emergence of an internal candidate.
