An international high technology R&D company with multiple legal entities in Russia & CIS countries with annual revenues in excess of $500m.  The CFO is being recruited to develop the "finance business partner" concept in the countries in order to bring finance in closer alignment with the commercial organisation in order to influence decision-making.  At the same time build confidence and capability in team of 35 individuals.
