Hired the CFO for France, Belgium & the Netherland for an NYSE listed company with local sales of $750m.  The key challenges for the CFO were many-fold.  The management matrix employed by this company was highly ambiguous with ownership of the P&L shared with European teams plus the history of acquisitions had led to a complex and large team based across 8 locations, with multiple ERP platforms and four shared service centres supporting.
