Worked with the UK-based head office to recruit a global Financial Controller responsible for leading the team incorporating FP&A, reporting and accounting.  The challenge for this mandate invovled identifying a candidate who would satisfy the private equity owner and be capable of building a KPI based reporting package for the first time.
