Regional Finance Manager for the Middle Eastern commercial operations of a FTSE 100 listed service provided.  The Middle East hub represented £700m in revenues with considerable growth opportunities.  The challenge of this assignment was to identify a slightly more junior candidate who nevertheless possessed the capability and credibility to quickly take the step to be overall CFO for the Middle East, Gulf & Afirca region.
