Mandate to hire the Southern Eastern Europe CFO for a top ten pharmaceutical company with regional operations in Romania, Bulgaria, Balkans as well as the CIS region, with total revenues of $250m.  The tough aspect of this search was the fact the company did not have alignment internally, and started initially targeting expatriated Western Europeans, then local nationals, then "local plus".
